摘要
完善了城市公共交通系统多层次综合评价指标体系及相应的等级标准限值,利用指数超标法确定评价指标的客观权重,提出了一种基于集对分析理论的城市公共交通系统综合评价方法,通过计算评价指标的"同、异、反"联系度确定系统综合评价等级。将该方法应用于青岛市公共交通系统综合评价中,得到的评价结论与属性识别评价法相同。该方法与灰色聚类法、属性识别评价法对比分析表明,基于集对分析理论的城市公共交通系统综合评价方法是可行的。
The integrated multi-level evaluation index system of urban public traffic and the corresponding level of the standard limits are amended. A synthetic evaluation method of urban public traffic system based on the set pair analysis theory is proposed by utilizing index exceeding method to bear out objective weights of evaluation indexes, which Confirms the synthetic evaluation level of the system through calculating the relative degree of "identicalness, differentness and reverse". This method is applied to the integrated public traffic evaluation system of Qingdao, and the evaluation results identify with the results got by the attribute recognition model. The contrast analysis with the gray clustering method and attribute recognition model indicates that the urban public traffic system synthetic evaluation method based on the set pair analysis theory is feasible.
