摘要
目的探讨慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CAP）统合治疗方法。方法对50例诊断为CAP的患者使用非甾体类抗炎药氯诺昔康联合舍尼通、前列舒通胶囊进行8W的联合治疗。在治疗前、治疗后对所有患者进行NIH--CPSI症状评分和EPS—WBC计数，观察其疗效及不良反应应情况。结果50例患者在治疗后8W，NIH—CPSI评分和EPS--WBC较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01）；不良反应发生车较低。结论氯诺昔康联合舍尼通、前列舒通胶囊的治疗方案安全有效，可以明显缓解CAP患者症状，对患者生活质量有明显改善。
objective To investigate a new effective treatment for chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods 50 patients diagnosed as CAP were given the therapeutic alliance with lomoxicam with prostate Tablets and Qianlie shutong Tablets for 8 weeks .All the patients were evaluated with NIH-CPSI symptom score and the counting of WBC of expressed prostatic secretion （EPS） at the time of pre-treatment, 8 weeks after treatment .Therapeutic effect as well as side effect were observed. Results All the patients had an obvious decrease of NIH-CPSI score and EPS-WBC after treatment for 8 weeks than pre-treatment （p〈0.001） ; The incidence of side effect was low. conclusion The lomoxicam with prostate Tablets and Qianlie shutong Tablets is safe and effective , it can manifestly the symptoms of CAP , and can also improve the semen quality and can improve the patient life quality.
