摘要
阐述了复合夹层材料在当前活动房设计生产中的重要性。概括了组成复合夹层材料的面板和芯材,并对各类面板、芯材的优缺点进行了比较分析,指出泡沫塑料和轻木是形成新型复合夹层材料的重要基础。对比分析金属与非金属两种夹芯板在不同环境下的适应性,得出玻璃钢将广泛应用于活动房复合夹层板的结论。
The importance of sandwich composite materials in design and production of mobile house at present was described. Surfoce plates and core materials, which composed the sandwich composite materials, were generalized. Virtues and disadvantages of the core mate- rials were compared with other sulface plates and core materials, and the result shows that the foam plastic and light wood becomes the im- portant element of new sandwich composite nraterials. Adaptability of two kinds of sandwich composite metal and nonmetal under different circumstance was analyzed, and the conclusion shows that FRP will be widely used in sandwich composite plates of mobile house.
