摘要 利用磨细石灰石粉分别取代混凝土中粉煤灰、矿粉的用量进行了相关混凝土性能试验,分析了石灰石粉在不同掺量情况下对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能的影响,研究结果表明:利用石灰石粉取代50%以上甚至完全取代粉煤灰与矿粉复合掺入混凝土中,能够改善混凝土的和易性能,其各龄期强度能够与基准混凝土持平甚至是有所超过;针对不同细度的石灰石粉进行了混凝土试验,证明石灰石粉越细,其填充性越好,对混凝土性能的益化作用越大;同时对石灰石粉取代不同厂家粉煤灰50%、100%用量进行了对比试验研究,证明石灰石粉替代粉煤灰用量具有广泛的适应性。 The amount of fly ash and slag concrete was replaced by ground limestone powder to study the relevant peocornmnce, and the impact of different content of limestone powder on work performance, mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed. The research re- suhs showed that when the amount of replacement of limestone powder was more than 50% even completely replaced the fly ash, and then was mixed with the slag in concrete, the workability of concrete can be improved, and the base strength of conerete can be matched or even be surpassed by different age of concrete through this replacement. Different fineness of limestone powder in concrete was studied, the re- sult showed that the finer of the fineness, the filling was better, and the more improvement of the bencfwial effect in concrete. At the same time, comparative experiments which the fly ash in different factories were replaced by the ground limestone powder at the amount of 50% and 100% were also studied, the results showed that the fly ash was replaced by the ground limestone powder in concrete has a wide range of adaptability.
