摘要 目的:探讨iQ200尿沉渣分析仪在尿液红细胞、白细胞及管型检测时的影响因素。方法:用iQ200尿沉渣分析仪对5810例患者尿液红细胞、白细胞及管型进行检测分析,同时对阳性结果人工镜检复查。结果:在738例血尿阳性标本中假阳性占18.2%,霉菌、结晶、细菌分别占10.3%、2.6%、3.5%;1269例WBC阳性标本中假阳性为9.7%,肾小管上皮、结晶、其他分别占7.6%、1.6%、0.5%。结论:红细胞的假阳性多由霉菌、草酸钙结晶、细菌引起,WBC的假阳性多由肾小管上皮和结晶引起,管型假阳性可由菌丝、粘液丝、上皮细胞、结晶等物质引起。 Objective: To evaluate the influencing factor of iQ200 Full Automated Urine Analyzer in detecting urinary RBC, WBC and cast.Method: To collect urine residue of 5810 patients, detect urinary RBC, WBC and cast with iQ200 analyzer and microscope respectively.Results: The false positive rate of 738 RBC urine is 18.2% and the main elements of the false RBC are mycetes, crystal and bacteria; the false positive rate of 1269 WBC mine is 9.7% and the main elements of the false leukocyte are renal tubule epithelial cell and crystal. Conclusion: The false positive of RBC urine were mainly caused by calcium oxalate crystal, mycetes and bacteria, the false positive of WBC were mainly caused by renal tubule epithelial cell and crystal, perhaps the false positive of tubes were caused by mycelial, mucus sliver, epithelial cell and crystal etc.
