摘要
[目的]利用中药保留灌肠配合电针治疗,解除脊椎骨折术后所致的腹部胀痛及大便困难,以提高病人的生活质量。[方法]将83例病人随机分为两组,实验组43例选用中药"血府逐瘀汤"经验方加减煎剂保留灌肠,同时配合穴位电针治疗;对照组40例,用西药果导片,效果不佳者加液状石蜡。[结果]实验组总有效率97.67%,对照组总有效率77.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]实验组在促进肠蠕动、解除脊椎骨折术后伴发的腹部胀痛及大便不畅、减轻病人痛苦方面优于对照组,提高了病人的生活质量,也提高了护理质量。
Objective： To carry out retention enema with traditional Chinese herbs in combination with electroacupuneture to relieve postoperative abdo- men gas pains and dyschesia for spinal fracture patients, so as to enhance quality of living for patients. Methods. A total of 83 patients were randomly divided into test group （43 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Patients of test group accepted ＂Xuefuzhuyu decoction＂ retention enema in combination with acupoints electroacupuneture. Patients of control group were given phe- nolphthalein tablet orally taking and if with poor effect liquid paraffin in ad- dition were provided. Results： The total effective rate of test group cases was 97.67~, and 77.50~ in control group cases. There was statistical sig- nificant difference in total effective rate between the two groups （P^0.01）. Conclusion. Retention enema with traditional Chinese herbs in combination with electroacupuncture can promote enteroeinesia, relieve postoperative abdomen gas pains and dyschesia for spinal fracture patients. It can reduce patients＂ pain, enhance quality of living and nursing quality of patients as well.
