摘要
目的观察正常大鼠视网膜Müller细胞的形态特征及其与神经细胞之间的区别,从形态学方面探索Müller细胞的生理功能。方法应用透射电镜技术观察正常大鼠视网膜Müller细胞形态结构。结果电镜下视网膜Müller细胞的胞体发出放射状突起,这些坚韧的突起纵贯视网膜全层,几乎占据了神经细胞所没有占据的空间。结论Müller细胞不仅是视网膜的支架,而且是神经节细胞能量的重要来源、是维持视网膜内环境的稳定及保护神经突触传递的重要的神经胶质细胞。
Objective To observe the morphology of MUller ceils of retina in normal rat, difference between Müller cells and neurons of retina and the function of Müller cells. Methods To study the morphology of the Müller cell of the normal retina by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results At the ultrastructural level, the MOiler cell body sends out radial processes, which go through vertically the retina entirely, and nearly occupy the space where nerve cell doesn' t occupy. Conclusion MOiler cells are the principal glia of the retina. They not only support the whole retina but also provide energy to the ganglion cell. They can maintain the stabilization of microenvirement, and protect the neurotransmission.
