摘要
应用加权灰色局势决策法对松花江哈尔滨江段水体的水环境质量进行评价,结果表明,该法能准确地评价水体的水质状况,可以为环境决策提供比较可靠的依据,对于环境管理与决策具有重要意义。
A weighted grey decision-making is applied to the assessment of water quality for the Harbin reach of Songhua River and results show that it can be used to accuratly assess water quality and thereby provide a reliable basis for environment protection policy making.
