摘要
本文对以往制革“三废”治理的研究工作进行了总结，在此基础上，结合我国国情，提出了制革工业实现清洁化生产的基本思路，并对现阶段制革工业实现清洁化生产的若干途径进行了探讨。
Based on making a summary of the researching work on tanning effluent treatment in the past,the paper put forward the basic thought on accomplishing cleanization production in leather industry by linking national conditions and probed into several ways of accomplishing cleanization production.
