胃癌组织中survivin的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察胃癌组织中survivin的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测18例胃癌肿瘤组织中的survivin。结果47例(60.25%)患者胃癌组织survivin表达阳性。survivin阳性者术后复发率51%,survivin阴性者9%,二者相比,P<0.05。结论胃癌组织中survivin高表达。胃癌组织中survivin阳性表达率与术后复发有关。
