摘要
通过理论和实验相结合的方法,提出了一个适用于悬挂式气敏传感器的热功耗Ph与工作温度T0和环境温度Tr的关系式,并用理论公式和实验数值相结合的方法给出了自然对流换热系数为7~8W·m2K-1的结果.
The paper presents the relational expression for the therml power consumption of suspended gas sensing sensor with its working temperature T0 and ambient temperature Tr on the basis of a combination of theory with experiments,that isPh={5.67×10-11[(T0)4-(T0)4]×0.85+0.21(T0-T0)}S (mW)where T0=aT0+bTr,a^0.135,b^1.0,S is the surface area of sensor chip or its body.In addition the result that the natural conversion heat exchange coefficient is of the order of 7~8W·m-2K-1 is yielded by means of the combination of theoretical formulas with experimental data.
