摘要
从浇注位置、凝固分析、浇注系统设计和造型材料等几个方面探讨了大型水轮机组用不锈钢导叶的铸造工艺，并采用计算机对铸件凝固过程进行了数值模拟。
The casting technology of S.S. blades for large hydraulic turbine units were discussed from some respects of pouring position, solidification analysis, pouring system design and modelling material etc.. The casting solidifying process was simulated by computer.
