摘要
本文采用摄动随机有限元法,考虑了连杆外载、物性参数、形状参数的不确定性,分析其应力,并以PC26船用柴油机连杆为例,计算了它的应力均值、方差和应力对各基本随机变量的响应敏度,与蒙特卡罗直接模拟方法相比较,摄动随机有限元法有较高的计算效率和令人满意的精度,是一种解决随机问题的有效方法。
In this paper,a perturbation stochastic finite element method(SFEM) is presented for the stress analysis of connecting rod.Uncertainties in external loads,material properties and geometry of connecting rod are considered in the analysis.PC26 type marine diesel connecting rod was taken as an example for calculating the mean and variance of stress and stress response sensitivities to every basic random variable.The comparison of the results obtained by SFEM and the direct Monte Carlo simulation shows that the perturbation SFEM has preferable efficiency and satisfying accuracy,which is an effective method in solving stochastic problem.
