摘要
本文以重庆市北碚区为例，从城镇化的内涵出发，分析1997～2007年间研究区域的城镇化水平与耕地资源的变动情况，研究城镇化加快与耕地资源减少的矛盾对立统一关系，并指出区域城镇化水平驱动因素的发展趋势。根据以上分析指出进行主体功能分区划分时，应坚持城乡统筹，防止城镇化地区对农村地区的过度侵蚀，同时，也为农村人口进入城市提供必要的空间。即在主体功能区规划时注意规划区域的城镇化进程与耕地保护之间的协调平衡。
The population index of urbanization were used to study the urbanization and cultivated land resources in Chongqing Beibei. The urbanization level and cultivated land resources change situation of the study area from 1997 to 2007, as well as the rele- vant between them were analyzed. And indicate the development trend in the driving factors of urbanization level, According to the results,main functions regionalization should adhere to balance urban and rural development, and prevent excessive erosion areas. This to provide the necessary space for the rural population enters the city. In other words, main functions regionalization should balance the urbanization development and cultivated land protection in the planning area.
