摘要
对１台７５ｔ／ｈ循环流化床锅炉的高温旋风分离器及回送机构进行了热态试验研究，得到高温旋风分离器及Ｌｏｏｐｓｅａｌ回送机构的运行温度、压力降等方面的运行特性，同时计算出分离器的分级分离效率。试验结果与锅炉总体模型对旋风分离器运行的模拟预测结果吻合良好。所得结果对采用高温旋风分离器的循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行具有较大的指导作用。
Abstract Field test on the cyclone and solids recycle of a 75t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler is completed.Performance parameters of the cyclone and the recycle system,including the temperature distribution,pressure drop and separation efficiency,are obtained.The authors developed earlier the test results agreed well with the predictions of the overall mathematical model of CFB boiler.The results can be applied to design and research of CFB boilers.
