摘要
为了深入研究气固两相流中颗粒间的相互作用情况,应用颗粒轨道模型和单元内颗粒源方法,对不同直径的细小煤粉颗粒绕流单个球形大颗粒后的运动特征进行了数值预测和模拟,研究了宽筛分条件下大颗粒的尾涡作用对小颗粒运动轨迹的影响。同时将计算结果与激光全息的实验结果进行了对照,二者符合得较好。结果表明,只有当细颗粒的尺寸小到一定程度时,大颗粒的尾涡才对其运动轨迹有显著影响。这些结果对深入研究高浓度、宽筛分条件下循环流化床锅炉内颗粒场的分布和流体动力特性有重要意义。
For further study of particles' interaction in gassolid two phase flow, a numerical simulation work has been done by using the particle source in cell (PSIC) method to predict the movement features of small coal particles with different diameters when they are passing through a large spherical particle. Also the influences of wakes behind the large particle on the trajectories of small particles were studied. Meanwhile, a comparison with the computation results and laser holography experiment data shows a good agreement. The result shows that the wake of the large sphere will influence the trajectories of little coal particles only if they have very small diameters. The work is extremely important for further studying the formation of particle field and the characters of fluid dynamics in the circulating fluidized bed boilers.
