炉内喷钙脱硫对SO_2和NO_x排放的影响 被引量:5

EFFECT ON SO_2 AND NO_x EMISSION BY LIMESTONE DESULPHURIZATION IN PULVERIZED -COAL BOILERS

摘要 对在炉内喷钙脱硫工况条件下 ,影响SO2 和NOx 排放的因素进行了讨论。实验表明 ,SO2 和NOx 排放与炉内温度、Ca/S、脱硫剂细度、煤种、过剩空气系数等有密切关系。炉内喷射钙基吸收剂后 ,由于钙基物质具有较强的催化性能 ,使NOx 排放量增加 ,但这与煤种有很强的依赖关系。对于某些低挥发分煤 ,NOx 排放量不变 ,甚至是下降的。 The effect on SO 2 and NO x emission by limestone desulphurization in pulverized-coal was studied.The experiments show that SO 2 and NO x emission is strongly dependent upon various factors,shch as furnace temperature,Ca/S molar ratio,particle size of sorbent,coal type,excess air coefficient, etc.Due to the strong catalytic activity of calcium species derived from limestone,it often leads to an increasement of NO_x emission.However,this is strongly dependent upon coal type.NO_x emission doesn't increase or even decrease in case of some low volatile coals.
