摘要
用热线风速仪测量了常规层燃炉炉膛和带有偶极子涡流器的炉膛模型拱区的三维速度场。试验表明,偶极子涡流器在炉排上部产生的大尺度可控旋涡提高了向燃料着火区输送高温烟气能力,约比传统后拱的输送能力提高2~3倍。同时,这一大尺度可控涡所产生的离心力还能将高温烟气中携带的80%煤粉分离下来,不但为其燃尽提供了良好的条件,而且降低了炉膛出口烟气的含尘浓度。
Abstract In this paper,the 3 D velocity fields in the furnaces' arch area for a conventional stock boiler and the model with dipole vortex device were measured by the hot wire aerometer.The experimental results show that the large size controllable vortex above the stock produced by dipole vortex device gets up the transfering ability of high temperature gas to the area of fuel ignition,and about 3~4 times than the conventional rear arch.At the same times,almost 80% of solid particles in the gas can be separated out.Not only can it provide the best conditions for burning down,but also it gets down the density of dust burden in the gas of the furnace exit.
