锅炉鼓引风机水泵采用变频调速的节电分析

Power-saving Analysis of Applying Variable Frequency Speed Governing in Forced/Induced Draft Fan and Water Pump of Boiler

摘要 工业锅炉的风机、水泵选型容量偏大,以风门开度调节风量和以旁路回流调节给水流量,存在较大电能损失,采用变频调速调节风量和给水流量,可节省电能消耗约50%,值得推广应用。 Ajr fan and water pump of large capacity are selected for industrial boilers.Air flow control by opening of air door and feed water flow rate control by bypass returnflow will causa large power losses. About 50% power consumption can be saved by applyingvariable frequency speed governing in controlling alr flow and feedwater flow rate, which isworth widening and applying.
