摘要
目的：探讨钬激光在消化道疾病内镜治疗中的应用价值。方法：从１９９３年１１月至１９９６年４月对２０２例（恶性肿瘤３９例，良性病变１６３例），在内镜下经氦氖激光引导，采用５～１０Ｗ的输出功率，脉冲频率为１０次／秒的钬激光进行治疗。结果：全部良性病变获得治愈，亚性病变均获缓解。结论：钬激光是目前消化道疾病内镜治疗的安全有效的理想激光。
Objective:To study the practice of holmium laser in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:202 patients,including gastrointestinal carcinoma 39 cases and benign lesions 163 cases,were treated with holmium laser by endoscope(5～10W,pulse frequemcy 10 times/second).Results:All patients with benign lesions were received recovery,the patients with malignant lesions were improved.Conclusion:It is indicated that the holmium laser therapy is a safe,effective method for treating the gastrointestinal dieseases,today.
