重症急性胰腺炎患者ICU管理的研究进展

摘要急性胰腺炎（AP）是一种常见的消化系统疾病，其中，75％-85％为轻症急性胰腺炎（MAP），重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）约占20％。近10年来，在过早外科手术干预效果受到质疑的同时，早期内科重症监护逐渐得到广泛认可。本文基于循证医学对SAP的ICU管理做一综述。
