摘要
放射治疗为鼻咽癌的首选治疗手段,疗效尚能令人满意,但有一部分患者虽经积极治疗,还是会出现局部或颈部淋巴结复发。复发是影响鼻咽癌患者生存率的主要原因之一,尽早判断和识别复发是提高患者生存率的关键。本文对近年来复发鼻咽癌的诊断研究进展作一综述。
Radiotherapy is generally recommended for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and has aehieved optimal results, but there is 8.2%-22.0% of the patients recurred from local-region in nasopharynx and/or neck lymph nodes after active treatment. Recurrence has cut down the survival rate and the key to improve it is to get earlier diagnosis.In this article we introduce the diagnostic progress recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
