摘要
本文以世界上主要黄金交易市场美国和英国为研究对象,发掘成熟黄金市场运作及监管的立法经验。在此基础上,结合我国黄金市场发展现状和主要法律监管内容,分析我国黄金市场法律监管制度存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。
With study emphasis on London and New York bullion market, the project team makes academic conclusion of legislation experiences of market operation and supervision. Furthermore, the institutional problems are pointed out and suggestions on legal perfection are carried forward with considerations of China current bullion market and legal supervision system.
