摘要
利用荧光光谱滴定法研究了3种金属卟啉与4种咪唑类分子进行的轴向配位反应,考察了对配位反应荧光性质的影响因素。结果表明,咪唑类客体与主体进行轴向配位反应时将产生荧光猝灭效应;取代基团位置对轴配物的荧光性质有较大影响;手性基团的引入导致轴配物S1态荧光强度降低。
The axial coordination reaction between metalloporphyrins and imidazoles was studied by using the fluorescence spectrum titration method. The affective factors for fluorescence character of axial coordination reaction were investigated. The results showed that fluorescence quenching will be occurred when imidazoles coordinated with host; the effect of the substituent position on the phenyl group on the fluorescent properties of complex will be obvious and the introduction of the chiral group will lead to the decrease fluorescence intensity of S1.
