摘要
目的：研究同型半胱氨酸（ＨＣＹ）促进血管平滑肌细胞（ＶＳＭＣ）的增殖及其机制。方法：采用同位素技术测定３ＨＴｄＲ参入和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶（ＭＡＰＫ）活性。结果：ＨＣＹ促进ＶＳＭＣ增殖，同时ＨＣＹ增加ＭＡＰＫ活性，二者均具有剂量效应关系，而且二者之间呈显著正相关。结论：ＨＣＹ促进ＶＳＭＣ增殖。
Objective:To study the effect of homocysteine(HCY) on the proliferation of vessel smooth muscle cells(VSMC) and its mechanism. Methods:3HTdR incorporation and the activity of mitogenactivated protein kinase(MAPK) were assayed with isotopic methods. Results:HCY induced the proliferation of VSMC, and increased the activity of MAPK. There was a dose-dependent relationship for both of them. And there was a positive correlation between them. Conclusion:HCY induced the proliferation of VSMC probably by increasing the activity of MAPK.
