摘要
针对当前社会上广泛流行的我国公立医院正在逐步丧失公益性的观点,笔者指出:我国公益性医院承担着公共卫生职责,承担着支援农村、扶贫医疗、社区卫生以及国内突发事件的医疗应急救援等大量社会公益性工作,并向社会提供低于成本的医疗服务。公立医院在坚持公益性中艰难前行。
It is currently wide spread that public hospitals in China are gradually losing commonweal. The author points out public hospitals in China take responsibilities of public good, including public health, health care for the rural and the poor, community health services and medical emergency rescue, and provide medical services under cost price. Public hospitals insisting on public good are marching forward difficultly.
