摘要
目的:评估氟化钠-EDTA-二钾联合抗凝剂作为血糖检测标本抗凝剂的应用效果,探讨新的抗凝剂使用方法和技术。方法:50例门诊病人常规采集血样,分别用氟化钠-EDTA二钾抗凝管、氟化钠-草酸钾抗凝管制备血浆。以葡萄糖氧化酶法测定采血后0.5、1、2、4 h各管血糖浓度。结果:两种抗凝管制备的血浆其各时间段的血糖测定结果比较均无显著性差异。结论:氟化钠-EDTA二钾联合抗凝剂作为血糖检测标本抗凝剂能有效抑制糖酵解、抗凝效果佳,完全能替代氟化钠-草酸钾抗凝剂,且因其制作条件更为方便,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of sodium fluoride -EDTA -K2 as anticoagulant in blood glucose testing specimen, to explore new methods and technologies for the use of anticoagulant. Methods : Collected 50 cases of out - patients, prepared plasma by anticoagulant control of sodium fluoride - EDTA - K2 and sodium fluoride - potassium oxalate, respectively. Measured the glucose concentration of each tube by glucose oxidase 0. 5, 1, 2, 4 h after picking blood. Results: Prepared two plasma anticoagulant control, whose determnination of blood glucose results were not significant difference each time. Conclusion:Being the specimens anticoagulant of blood glucose testing, sodium fluoride - EDTA - K2 joint anticoagulant could effectively inhibit glycolysis, and had good anticoagulant effect, which could be substituted for sodium fluoride - potassium oxalate. Because of its more convenient conditions for production, it is worthy for being widely used.
