摘要
本文根据现代战争的特点,分析对卫勤保障的影响和对卫生装备的要求,从七个方面对军队卫生装备建设提出政策建议,强调军队卫生装备建设应:优化配备,提升装备保障能力;加强领导,统筹协调装备建设;加大投入,确保落实现行装备体制;打牢基础,加强技术创新体系;深化改革,提高装备发展效率;强化管理,提高装备建设效益;着眼未来,把握装备发展方向。
According to the characters of modem war, the influences on health service and demands for health equipment were analyzed, and then the measures to improve the construction of military health equipment were proposed as follows： optimizing the equipment to improve service ability; enhancing organization to assort with the equipment structure; improving inputs to ensure the performance of the management system; firming the foundation to enhance technology reform; deepening reform to improve development efficiency; enhancing management to improve benefit; aiming at the future to ensure the development orientation of equipment construction.
