摘要
采用高效液相法测定至灵胶囊中腺苷的含量，选用ＹＷＧＣ１８柱，磷酸二氢钾（０００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）甲醇（８５∶１５）为流动相，检测波长为２６０ｎｍ，平均回收率９９４４％，Ｒｓ为１２８％（ｎ＝５）。
A method for the determination of adenosine in Zhiling capsule by HPLC was reported,using a YWGC18 column.KH2PO4(005 mol/L)methanol(85∶15) as mobile phase,the detector wavelength at 260 nm,there was a good linear correlation in the range 0.0576 to 0.576 μg of adenosine (Y=3.2+22 045.7X,r=0.999 98).The average recovery was 99.44%(n=5)and the coefficient of variation was 1.28%. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
