摘要
从准噶尔乌头（ＡｃｏｎｉｔｕｍｓｏｏｎｇａｒｉｃｕｍＳｔａｐｆ）的根中分离得到４个二萜生物碱成分，由各种光谱数据鉴定了它们的结构，分别是１２表欧乌碱（１２ｅｐｉｎａｐｅｌｉｎｅ，Ⅰ）、１２表脱氢欧乌碱（１２ｅｐｉｄｅｈｙｄｒｏｎａｐｅｌｉｎｅ，Ⅱ）、准噶尔乌头碱（ｓｏｎｇｏｒｉｎｅ，Ⅲ）和新乌碱（ｎｅｏｌｉｎｅ，Ⅳ）．其中，碱Ⅰ和碱Ⅱ系首次从该植物中得到．
From the roots of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf,4 diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified,they are 12epinapelline(Ⅰ),12epidehydronapelline(Ⅱ),songorine(Ⅲ) and neoline(Ⅳ).The alkaloids Ⅰ and Ⅱ have been reported from this plant for the first time.
