摘要
目的探讨安全留置针在肿瘤病人输液中的应用。方法我科自2005年12月至2006年4月,收治的肿瘤病人184例,90例使用安全留置针,94例使用普通留置针,观察两组留置针留置时间、置管后反应、再次输液通畅程度及护士被剌伤的危险性的发生率。结果普通针组针刺伤发生率为11.7%;安全针组未发生针刺伤。结论安全静脉留置针对操作者具有良好的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the Application of safe detaining needle intransfusion for tumor patients. Methods Our department received 183 tumor patients from December of 2005 to April of 2006,90 cases used safe detaining needle,94 cases with common detaining needle,observed the detaining time, the reaction after placeing needle,the patency degree of twice transfusion and the rate of nurses injury. Results the rat of nurses injury in group with common detaining needle is 11.7% , the group with safe detaining needle is no one injury. Conclusion the safe detaining needle have good protection effect for nurses.
