摘要
目的探讨全视网膜光凝联合Ahmed阀门植入治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效及安全性。方法对本院36例视网膜病变引起的新生血管性青光眼患者行Ahmed阀门植入术,术后1～2周行全视网膜光凝治疗。结果术后随访8～12月,24(66.67%)例患者不需加用降眼压药物眼压控制良好,7(19.44%)例患者需加用降眼压药物;30(83.33%)例患者虹膜新生血管消失。术后并发症包括:前房积血,术后早期低眼压,引流管阻塞。结论全视网膜光凝联合Ahmed阀门植入治疗新生血管性青光眼是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of panretinal photocoagulation combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantatiom for the treatment of neovaseular glaucoma. Methods An retrospective study was undertaken to describe the panretinal photocoagulation of 36 cases of neovascular glaucoma following the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantatiom. Results After surgery, the follow - up periods lasted for 8 to 12 months, the intraocular pressure was eontroled in 31 （86.11% ）eyes, the iris neovaseularigate disappeared in 30 （83.33 % ） patiens. The postoperative complication included hyphema, early hypotony,obstruction of the tube tip. Conclusion Panrednal photocoagulation combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantatiom for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma is an effective and safe mothod.
