摘要
从波伦鳞花软珊瑚(Lemnalia bournei)中单离到四个化合物,经光谱分析分别鉴定为2-deoxy-12-oxo-lemnacarnol(Ⅰ)、22,23-二氢菜子甾醇(Ⅱ)、柳珊瑚甾醇(Ⅲ)和鲨肝醇(Ⅳ)。这四个化合物都是首次从波伦鳞花软珊瑚中分离得到,其中Ⅰ为首次从Lemnalia属软珊瑚中得到。
The studies on the chemical constituents of soft coral Lemnalia boumei led to the isolation of 2-deoxy-12-oxo-lem-nacarnol, 22,23-dihydrobrassicasterol, gorgosterol and batyl alcohol.Their structures were deduced on the comprehensive spectral analysis. The four compounds were first obtained from the soft coral.
