摘要
本文研究了预退火热处理对非晶态Ni-P合金晶化过程动力学参数的影响,实验结果表明,在570K随着预退火热处理时间的增长,晶化温度T_x和T_p值、晶化过程表观激活能E_c值及等温晶化过程平均Avrami指数值都显著减小,而ΔT_(px)=T_p—T_x值增大。
The effect of pre-annealing treatment on the crystallization kinetics pa-rameters of amorphous Ni-P alloys has been investigated. Experimental resultsshowed that the crystallization temperature, T_p and T_x, the apparent activationenergy, E_c, as well as the Avrami exponent for isothermal crystallization, n, decreasesignificantly, while △T_(px)=T_p-T_x increases with the elongation of pre-annealingtime at 570K.
