以提取淀粉后的红薯渣和浆液为原料,用纤维素酶和果胶酶进行处理后,加入脱脂奶粉并接入保加利亚乳杆菌、啫热链球菌和双歧杆菌等活性益生菌,经发酵得到发酵型红薯渣果冻。外观晶莹,酸甜可口,富含膳食纤维和多种活性益生菌。
After extracting starch, taking sweet potato seriflux and fiber as raw material, with cellulase and pectinase treatment, adding skim milk and inoculating activity probiotics such as Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium etc., after fermentation, fermented sweet potato fiber jelly had been gotten. Outward appearance is glittering and translucent, sour and sweet palatable, be rich in meals fibre and various activity probiotics.
