摘要
通脑灵合剂具有化瘀止血、通腑醒脑之功效，以该制剂治疗急性出血性中风200例，与西药对照组100例做对比观察，结果显示：通脑灵组临床治愈率29％，显效率49．5％，有效率15．5％，总有效率94％；对照组临床治愈率13％，显效率48％，有效率26％，总有效率87％。两组疗效有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。进一步的分析表明该制剂具有促进颅内血肿吸收，改善脑部供血，提高脑血管弹性及改善血液流变性等作用。
200 patients of acute hemorrhagic apoplexy were treated with Tongnaoling boxtura,a Chinese herbal preparation with effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, purgation and restoring consciousness. 100 cases in control group were treated with Western medicine. The results showed that in Tongnaoling group, the clinical cure rate is 29%, the marked effective rate is 49. 5% and the total effective rate is 94%,while those in control group are 13%, 48% and 87% rcspectively,the difference between the two groups is significant (p <0. 01). Further analysis revealed that this preparation could promote the absorption of intracranial hematoma, improve blood supply of brain and blood rheology,enhance the cerebrovascular elasticity.
