摘要
消化系统癌是严重威胁人类健康的一类恶性肿瘤,其防治有赖于早期发现及选择合适的治疗方案。随着分子生物学的发展,肿瘤标志物在消化道癌检测诊断中的应用,使消化道癌的早期发现成为可能。本文简述了肿瘤标志物及其意义、主要类型;并对肿瘤标志物在消化系统癌高危人群的筛查及诊断,肿瘤分期、部位、大小、浸润深度,复发与转移的监测等进行了综述;同时对两种或多种肿瘤标志物联合检测,对提高消化道肿瘤的早期诊断率、增进疗效、判断预后和检出复发等作以展望。
Archenteric cancer is a kind of malignancy that threaten people health seriously. And its prevtention and cure denpencl on early detection and suitable Rx. With the development of molecular biology, that the application of tumor marker in diagnose make early detection possible. This passage expatiate tumor marker and its significance, main style, while all the application of tumor marker in the screen and diagnose of arehenteric cancer＇ s high risk group, cancer-staging, position, size, soakaqe grade, inspection on recrudesce and transfer are summarized. At the same time the united detection of two and several tumor markers is expected in enhancing the accuracy rate,protmoting curative effect,judging prognosis and recrudesce.
