摘要
目的观察岩舒联合化疗在胃癌治疗中的作用。方法治疗组应用岩舒静脉滴注联合5-氟尿嘧啶和顺铂化疗,对照组仅5-氟尿嘧啶和顺铂化疗,1个疗程后进行评价。毒副作用按WHO标准评估,同时测定胃癌患者NK细胞活性和CD4/CD8用以评价患者的免疫功能。结果治疗组比对照组在血液学、胃肠道反应、肝功损害上的毒副作用明显下降;而且较对照组免疫功能明显提高(P<0.01)。结论岩舒可减轻胃癌患者化疗的毒副反应,而且增强胃癌患者的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Yan-shu injection combined with 5-Fu and DDP in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods Patients in the treatment group received Yan-shu injection combined with 5-Fu and DDP,and patients in the control group were treated with 5-Fu and DDP alone. The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks. Efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after 2 cycles of treatment. Result：Similar effects were observed in the two groups. The LBT and reactive of NK cell and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group had significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The maint oxicities, including gastrointestinal reacti on, myelosupp ression and liver damage,were significantly less common in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion Yanshu injection could alleviate the toxicities, improve immunologic ruction in patients with gastric cancer treated with 5-Fu and DDP.
