摘要
通过预先给予温针刺激,观察温针对异丙肾上腺素(ISP)所致的Wistar大白鼠急性心肌损伤在48小时的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性变化,通过数格求积结果表明,温针能明显减轻琥珀酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性产物缺失面积,对ISP所致的Wistar大白鼠急性心肌损伤有明显的保护作用.
Wistar rat was stimulated with the warming needle in advance, and the changes of succiate dehydrogenase (SDH) and the lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) activity were observed at 48h after Wistar rat myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol (ISP), 48h after ISP injection, in warming needle+ISP groups and ISP groups, the area of lacking the product of SDH activity was respectively 1. 93% and 1. 08% (P<0. 001). and the area of lacking the product of LDH activity was respectively 1. 75% and 0. 94 % (P<0. 001). The results showed that the warming needle could inhibit a lack of the products of SDH and LDH activity, and play a protective role on the rat neate myocardial injury induced by ISP.
