摘要
从高校仪器设备管理的第一个环节设备计划管理入手,结合西南石油大学实验室建设与设备管理的实际情况,利用科学的管理方法,努力提高教学设备计划申报的有效性、准确性、可靠性,进而提高设备的投资效益。
