摘要
本文通过对具体实例的研究，采用系统聚类法与主观指标评价的定量化研究方法，综合了体能测试成绩与运动心理素质的定量化评价结果来选拔专项体育人才。
The average linkage clustering method and the numerical method for the subjective index appraisal are used in this paper by studying an example to discuss how to select special sports talents by synthesizing the scores of their physique tests and the numerical result of the evaluation about their psychological diathesis.
