脆硫锑铅精矿电沉积锑的阳极过程

摘要 本文研究了由脆硫锑铅精矿湿法炼Sb的阳极反应与阳极电流密度。高阳极电流密度是造成电积Sb直流电耗偏高、车间碱雾大、阴极沉积物状态不好、电流效率偏低的重要原因。研究了碱溶液中Fe阳极活性溶解机理与钝化过程,阳极钝化经历吸附、成相与钝化膜老化等一系列过程。使用新型贱金属节能阳极Fe/Ni/Co_3O_4,可以降低每t电积Sb直流电耗160kWh以上,这种材料有推广应用价值。 The anode reaction and current density have been investigated of theelectrowinning of Sb from jamesonite concentrate. A higher anodic current densityseems to be the major cause for consumption of much electricity, pollutation ofenvironment by alkaline mists as well as depression of deposition quality and elec-tric efficiency. A series of steps were found to be involved during the anodic pas-sivating process of Fe in NaOH solution such as adsorption, phase formation, age-ing of passivated films etc. A new anode material Fe/Ni/Co_3O_4 was developed so asto save the d. c. electric consumption over 160 kWh per t of Sb production.
