摘要
社会工作价值观是社会工作专业的灵魂,不仅界定了社会工作本身的目标和意义,同时界定了社会工作的技巧和方法。起源于西方的社会工作价值观主要源于基督教教义,宣扬平等、博爱思想。我国的社会工作专业从西方引进,若要在中国开花结果,必须结合中国的实际,真正使其本土化,其中充分开发利用传统文化资源对于社会工作价值观本土化进程的推进是极为重要的。
The values of social work are the soul of the social work profession and they define not only the goal and signification of social work but also its skills and measures. In China, values of social work derive from the West and are based on the Christian doctrine, which advocates equality and phitanthropism. Introduced from the western countries, the social work profession in China must be localized or combined with the reality of China, if it is to flower and set seeds in this country. Thus, it is crucially important for the advancement of the localization of social work values to make full use of the resources of the traditional Chinese culture.
