摘要
在国外犯罪学中,对于犯罪学概念的研究集中在两个方面,即对于犯罪概念的界定,以及在此基础上对于犯罪概念界定视角的探讨;我国犯罪学界则主要集中在是否择取刑法的犯罪定义与对于犯罪学所采纳的非刑法犯罪概念如何界定。我国犯罪学犯罪概念研究应从拓展视域、注重国内与国外刑法犯罪概念的差异、坚持学科一致的方法论立场、联系犯罪变化趋向四个维度展开进一步的探讨。
Overseas, criminological scholars concentrate on two aspects regarding the criminology concept＇s research： definition of the crime, and its angle of view of defining. In our country, the crime definition of the criminal law is a heated discussion, and how to define the crime concept of the non-criminal law is another disputed . In our country, the research of the concept of crime should open the developmental sight, pay great attention to the difference about the crime concept of domestic and the overseas criminal law, insist that consistent methodology in the criminological discipline and relate criminal change with the society.
