摘要
通过简析体育与健康新标的结构体系,讨论了运动技能学习领域与其它各学习领域的相互关系的及运动技能学习的价值.依据各学段学生的身心发育特征和各项素质与运动技能的"敏感期",分析了各学段教学内容的选择.得出,针对少儿各项身体素质和运动技能发展的"敏感期",精心选择与各学段学生身心发展特征相适应的教学内容进行体育教学是运动技能目标实现的必然途径.
By analyzing the conformation system of the new P. E. Courses Criteria, the relationship of the realm of movement skills with other areas, as well as the value of leaning activities in movement-skills are discussed. According to the characteristic of psychosomatic development and the athletic constitution sensitive periods of youth, the instructional contents are given. The necessary path to achieve the targeted-movement-skills is to elect the instructional contents corresponding to the accommodation of adolescents' psychosomatic development characteristics within every athletic constitution of movement-skills sensitive period.
