摘要
目的:总结中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病的应用效果。方法:盆腔炎性疾病患者共108例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组及单纯西医治疗组,中西医结合治疗组72例采用西药加扶正化瘀中药治疗,采用经期抗炎及经间期中药治疗;单纯西医对照组36例单用西药治疗,采用经期抗炎,比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.83%,与对照组总有效率91.67%比较P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病既减少了西药治疗剂量大、副作用多、复发率高的弊端,又弥补了中药治疗见效慢的不足,明显提高了疗效。
Objective：To explore the effect of combination treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 108 eases were divided into two groups randomly. 72 adopted western medicines adding to activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine, matched con-rol 36 adopted a western medicine treatment. Results： In total effective rate comparison, the treatment group surpassed the matched control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：Combination treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine not only reduces the dosage, side effects of western medicine and recurrence rate of the disease, but also makes up for a shortage of slow appearance of therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
