摘要
根据光敏树脂材料三维打印快速成型工艺的特点,建立了制件表面质量与零件制作方向之间的优化数学模型。选用搜寻全局最优解能力较强的遗传算法进行最优零件制作方向的求解,实现了三维打印快速成型工艺中零件制作方向的自动优化计算程序。通过试验和测试,该程序可快速求出零件的最优制作方向,提高零件的表面质量。
According to the characteristics of rapid prototyping using three dimensional printing to the material of photosensitive resin, a mathematic optimization model of part building orientation with the part surface quality is established. The generic algorithm is chosen which has a strong seeking capability to global optimum solution. A program for optimizing part building orientation is developed. The experiment shows that the optimum orientation can be quickly gained and the part surface quality can be improved.
