摘要
我国女大学生在就业问题面前普遍存在一定的心理障碍,影响了知识女性人才潜力的充分发挥。本文分析了当代女大学生就业心理障碍的主要表现和产生原因,并指出在当前条件下解决这一问题的相应措施。
Certain psychological barriers are ubiquity in obtaining employment for current female college students.So the potential of intellectual women could not be fully played. This article analyzed the main performance and causes of current female college students' employment psychological barriers, and pointed out the corresponding measures to solve the problem under current condition.
