早产儿视网膜病

摘要 早产儿视网膜病（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）过去称为“晶状体后纤维增生症”，为早产儿和低出生体质量儿的一种严重并发症。ROP仅发生在不成熟的视网膜组织，可以造成视网膜变性、脱离，并发白内障，继发青光眼、近视、弱视，甚至导致失明，对视力危害极大^[1-5]。目前，ROP是发达国家儿童失明的首位原因。由于新生儿监护病房的广泛建立以及生命支持技术的发展，早产、极低出生体质量儿的成活率大大提高，伴随而来的ROP病例也越来越多。若及时予以冷凝或激光光凝治疗可挽救部分视力，当ROP发展至视网膜脱离时，
