摘要
目的探讨老年人面部肿瘤的手术治疗和整形修复问题。方法综合分析我院从2004年8月至2008年8月收治的47例老年面部皮肤肿瘤的临床资料,根据患者具体情况,制定个体化的治疗方案,方法包括直接切除、皮瓣转移和植皮修复。结果本组患者术后切口愈合良好,术区外形恢复满意,功能良好。结论应用整形外科原则治疗老年人面部浅表肿瘤,可恢复良好的外观和功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment and reconstruction of facial tumor of aged patients. Methods Based on plastic surgery principle, 47 eases of facial tumor were treated from Aug. 2004 to Aug. 2008. Different operative methods were selected depends on physical pathological and facial feature of aged patients. These included direct excision, flap transplantation and skin graft. Results The follow up showed good function and shape in all cases. Conclusion The plastic surgery principle may be used to the aged patients who had facial tumor. It can obtain better surgical results and decrease complications.
